Practical Utopia TV has an interview with Mr. Songsak Saicheua, Deputy Director-General of the Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Songsak talks on the concept of “Think Tank” in global level and the MFA’s initiative to drive Think Tank co-operation between Thailand and abroad.
